Scary Drawing...

This to me is just very disturbing, I can't tell what the artist is trying to portray because there is a heart in the picture, but it seems dark & the hands look hard & old. I can see myself walking through the woods at night and this tree with arms grabs me. A definate dislike from my side.

Not very pretty...

The ugly Betty necklace... Ok so i Love pearls but this just makes pearls look bad. I just think it's so ugly like it could destroy any outfit.

Other Designs - shoes & furniture

I am crazy about this chest of tiny drawers. It is a bit old so has a scuffed finish which looks stunning. This is a vintage piece and I adore vintage. One of my favourite colours is turquoise and I love the feel that this item piece brings to the room.

The mirror and the old-ish looking wall matches perfectly with this item.

Hidious shoes!!! This is just wrong on so many levels. What human being would want to wear this??? I wish i knew what the designer was thinking when he/she put this together. The only fuction that i can think of for these really ugly heels is a costume prop for The chronicles of narnia or some fantasy film.

Jewellery Designs

I adore these pendants! They are so stunning, im not entirely sure but i think that theyr'e crystals. I love the design, the rough unfinished look, and the colours are amazing. The metal wrapped around the pendant gives it a really unique finish. It is definately something that i would wear with pride.

This is a pair of "arm" earrings that i really dislike. I just see it as a really weird thing to wear on your ears considering that your arms are usually on the side of your body. Also it isn't very well put together. It almost looks as though it was put together with a bit of glue.

Artist Statement

I am an aspiring jewellery designer, currently doing my first year of jewellery design.

I draw my inspiration from vintage things, eg. classical cars, hairstyles and movies.

I also really like baroque frames with lots of detail, ancient Egypt and Greek fashion and jewellery.

I Love the ocean as well, it is the one place that remains perfect & untouched. There's so much mystery & beauty inside the sea & it definately inspires me.

My goal - For my jewellery to be a unique reflection of me.
